How long does it take to deploy an AI agent package?
Standard packages take 2-4 weeks from kickoff to go-live. This includes a discovery call (Day 1), configuration and integration (Days 2-10), a supervised 14-day pilot, and then full production deployment. Complex integrations with legacy systems may add 1-2 weeks. We do not cut corners on the pilot — it is where we tune the agent for your specific workflows.
What integrations do the packages include?
Every package includes standard integrations via pre-built MCP servers: email (Gmail/Outlook), calendar (Google/Microsoft), and your chosen communication channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, or Discord). CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) is included in the Sales package. Accounting integration (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) is included in the Operations package. Custom integrations for proprietary or legacy systems are available at additional cost.
Can my agents communicate in multiple languages?
Yes. All packages support multilingual operation across English, French, German, and Luxembourgish. The customer service and knowledge agents are particularly designed for multilingual environments. Additional language support (Portuguese, Arabic, Italian, Spanish) is available on request.
What does "14-day pilot before commitment" mean exactly?
We deploy and operate your agent for 14 days in a supervised environment — it handles real tasks, we monitor every action, tune the configuration, and address edge cases. At the end of the pilot, you review the results and decide to proceed (or not). If you decide not to continue, the pilot fee is your only cost. This eliminates the risk of committing to a full deployment before you have seen the agent in action.
Are Luxembourg subsidies available for these packages?
Yes. The SME Packages (AI) programme from Luxinnovation covers 70% of eligible costs up to €25,000. The Fit 4 AI programme covers 50% of advisory costs. For a €9,500 Customer Service Agent package, you would pay as little as €2,850 after subsidy. We handle the subsidy application paperwork as part of the engagement.
What happens if the agent makes a mistake?
Every package includes our tiered autonomy governance model. Low-risk actions (reading data, drafting internally) are fully autonomous. Medium-risk actions (sending emails, updating records) go through a PROPOSE tier with a 15-minute rollback window. High-risk actions require your explicit approval. Every action is logged with full context. If something goes wrong, we have the audit trail to diagnose it and the rollback window to undo it.
