Data We Collect and Lawful Basis

Analytics (Lawful basis: Legitimate Interest — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. Plausible does not track individual visitors, does not use fingerprinting, and all data is aggregated. No personal data is processed for analytics purposes, and no cookie consent is required as Plausible is exempt under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.

Contact Forms (Lawful basis: Consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)

When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. By submitting the form, you consent to the processing of this data for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

Form submissions are processed via Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form processing service. Data submitted through our contact forms is transmitted to Web3Forms for delivery to our email. Web3Forms does not store form data beyond delivery.

Client Data (Lawful basis: Contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)

Clients provide data necessary for establishing contact and delivering services. This information is used exclusively within the commercial relationship. The organisation acts as a custodian and does not sell data to external third parties.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted unless a commercial relationship has been established. Client data related to active contracts is retained for the duration of the contract plus the legally required retention period under Luxembourg law.
